My practice began at Black Crow Yoga.
 

What started as a hopeful experiment to ease anxiety, transformed into a way of life and something that I find gratitude from every day. I believe yoga serves as our greatest reminder that we are always in transition. Moving from one situation to the next can feel unsettling and I am incredibly grateful that this practice provides the space to slow down. Yoga feeds a way to reconnect our mind and body, using our breath to stay grounded and present.

 

What brought me to try my first class, was the physical aspect, as well as the mental and emotional benefit yoga offers. The impact of yoga in my life continues to serve as a reminder to show up on my mat. I strongly believe that yoga delivers us the opportunity to get curious about what is going on in our lives. Yoga teaches us to stay patient and build strength, as we shift through our transitions on and off the mat. Yoga has given me a whole lot of freedom and continues to be a space where I can play, strengthen, process, and surrender. My intention as a teacher is to offer students that same freedom, to create exactly what they need, while encouraging them to challenge any doubts.

 

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Jacqui Bonwell at the Canton Yoga Shala, and I am forever grateful for her and all my other teachers who have offered their teachings on and off the mat.

  • All Levels Flow to Music Unheated
  • Vinyasa Flow to Music classes focus on connecting breath to movement through a vigorous, continuous sequence of postures. We stretch and strengthen our body and spirit, and we calm the mind.

    We practice heated, not hot yoga. The studio is heated to approximately 80 degrees. The studio will feel comfortably warm, allowing you to safely stretch deeply. You will enjoy a detoxifying sweat from the athletic nature of the yoga. You will leave refreshed and renewed. Classes are set to music and teachers prepare their own playlists. Classes will vary to reflect the unique style and personality of each teacher.

    This class is appropriate for all levels of experience, and beginners are always welcome. If you are new to yoga, or if you have an injury or limitation, please let the teacher know, so he/she can offer modifications and give you extra support.

  • We believe that yoga should be accessible and affordable.
     
    Our $10 Drop-ins are the same great classes and teachers, but at a bargain price; $10, cash only please. Memberships and class cards are also welcome.

  • Advanced Flow to Music
  • Advanced Flow to Music is a slightly more vigorous style of yoga for all levels of yoga. We focus on connecting breath to movement through a continuous sequence of postures. We stretch and strengthen our body, mind, and spirit!
    We practice heated, not hot yoga. The studio is heated to approximately 82 degrees. It will feel comfortably warm, allowing you to safely stretch deeply, and you'll sweat from the athletic nature of the yoga. You'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

    Class is appropriate for all levels of experience. If you have an injury or limitation, please let the teacher know so he/she can offer modifications and give you extra support.


  • Wring in the New Year
  • Join us for a special detoxifying and energizing New Year's Day class. In this annual practice, we'll focus on twisting poses and compression postures. We'll wring out all of the heaviness from the holiday season, and we'll leave feeling calm and centered - ready to absorb all that the new year has in store!

    Class is appropriate for all levels of experience and beginners are most welcome.

    Preregistration is encouraged for this popular class.
